Welcome Party

Monday, SEPTEMBER 1, 2025
Villa Fabbri | 7:00–10:00 PM

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM — grab a spritz, settle in, and meet us at the villa for pizza, music, and lots of hugs.

Dress Code: Sundresses, sets, linen — whatever feels fun and polished. Just keep in mind: there’s gravel and grass, so plan your shoes accordingly. Click here for inspo.

Wedding day

Tuesday SEPTEMBER 2, 2025
Villa Nemora | Ceremony at 4:30 PM

The day we’ve been waiting for. We’ll gather in the gardens for the ceremony, then celebrate with champagne, dinner, and dancing into the night.

What to wear: Black tie optional. We’d love to see everyone dressed to the nines, but if tuxes aren’t your thing, a suit works just fine. Ladies, note: there will be some gravel paths, so choose shoes that can handle a little uneven ground. Click here for inspo.

Recovery day

Wednesday, September 3, 2025
Villa Felciai | 12:00–3:00 PM

Sleep in, grab an espresso, and meet us poolside. Another day to get together, soak up the sun, and keep the celebration going.

Later that evening, we’ll head into town for a casual dinner around 7:30 PM. No pressure if you're feeling wiped, but we’d love to see whoever’s up for one last meal together.

What to wear: Daytime calls for resortwear — swimsuits, breezy layers, and sun hats. In the evening, dress up or dress down — whatever you feel best in.

the details

We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Italy! The festivities officially begin on Monday, September 1st, and wrap up on Thursday, September 4th, when we all check out (preferably with a tan and a full camera roll).

Check-in is at 4:00 PM on Monday, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on Thursday.

We recommend arriving a little early if you can, jet lag and wine don’t mix… or maybe they do, and that’s the secret?

TRAVEL

The nearest airports are:

→ Florence (FLR): about a 1-hour drive to the villa
→ Rome (FCO): about a 1.5-hour train to Florence, then a 1-hour drive

We highly recommend renting a car, it’s the easiest way to get around, and the drive through Tuscany is beautiful.

All wedding events will be on the property, and we’ll handle transportation between villas for anything planned — no designated drivers needed here.

Want to explore a little beforehand? We suggest flying into Rome or Florence a few days early to sightsee and reset your internal clock. Need recs? Click here, we’ve got a ton.

RSVP

Please submit your soft RSVP as soon as possible so we can start sorting out room assignments and planning the fun stuff.

Questions? Reach out anytime. We’re so excited to spend this time together in one of our favorite places.

frequently asked

Will there be transportation during the weekend?

Yes! All events are on the same property, and we’ll have transportation between villas when needed—no need to worry about getting around once you’re there.

What should I know before booking travel?

All events will take place on one property, and the villas are available September 1st–4th. We suggest arriving a few days early to explore, beat jet lag, and settle in before the festivities begin.

How do I get to the venue?

The villa is located in Bucine, Tuscany — about a 1-hour drive from Florence or 2.5 hours from Rome (including train time). We recommend renting a car for the easiest experience. If you’re coming from Rome, take a train to Florence, then drive to the villa from there.

Registry

We’re so grateful you’re making the trip to celebrate with us — your presence is more than enough. If you’d like to contribute something extra, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund in place of a registry.
